Foods that Contain the Most Collagen

Collagen is an important element for keeping our body functioning well.  Fortunately, there are foods that helps support the creation of collagen within our body.

Soy products like cheese and soymilk contain element known as genistein.  The presence of this element gives soy products their collagen production quality and they help block enzymes which tend to break down and make the skin mature.  Any soy products contain enough helpful genistein.  Vegetables colored dark green are also an excellent example of foods that contains agents that help produce collagen.  A regular consumption of Kale, which is high in Vitamin C, spinach, asparagus and collards help strengthen the ability of the body to manufacture collagen and to utilize this protein effectively.

Red vegetables and fruits also are excellent sources to produce collagen contents of foods in diet.  Lycopene is present in these type of foods and it helps act as antioxidants which increases collagen production in turn.  Adding beets, red pepper, stewed and fresh tomatoes into the diet help boost the antioxidant level in the body which stimulates the production of collagen.  Darker berries like blackberries and blueberries are also helpful.

The presence of omega acid can also help create an ideal environment for the production of collagen in the body.  Fish like tuna and salmon are sources of omega fatty acids as well as nuts like almonds, pecans and cashew.  An avocado dip will also make a great snack providing a healthy way of collagen production.

Methods for Removing Unwanted Hair

Men and women are both suffering from unwanted hair in the different parts of the body. With man, facial hair is socially acceptable but not for a woman. Most women are finding ways to take facial hair out for good.

It had happened a very long time ago when women used to shave hair on their face. But shaving only causes bringing back more and thicker hair. If that so, what the girl should do? Here are some options with advantage/disadvantage.

First is shaving. Yes it works, but only for a short term. But as soon as it turns back it brings vengeance. For a man, it’s not an issue but not for a woman. Having facial hair shown makes her feel embarrassing.

Next one is tweezing. Definitely its better than shaving. It puts hair out of the root. But it’s really a painful and tedious method. And it costs you time as you have to do it one by one.

Thirdly is the depilatory gel. This type is very effective. It prevents hair to grow with time longer than the previous methods. These gels are strong chemicals. It may cause redness and irritation of the skin and permanent damage.

Fourthly is waxing. It also removes by the root and to be applied for large areas. May cause pain, but worthy.

Next to waxing is electrolysis. It removes hair permanently. Literally meaning is to kill the hair by the use of electrical current. This is the most effective method of removing facial hair but however, it costs you time, big amount of expenses and pain. It’s painful because the hair has to be zapped individually.

Last but not the least is the laser device. Lasering is a method that would need the performance of a licensed medical doctor. As well as the previous methods this is also time consuming, expensive and may not be permanent.

No matter what kind of method you want to want to use, you just need to be sure of the decision you may make.
