Foods that Contain the Most Collagen |
Collagen is an important element for keeping our body functioning well. Fortunately, there are foods that helps support the creation of collagen within our body.
Soy products like cheese and soymilk contain element known as genistein. The presence of this element gives soy products their collagen production quality and they help block enzymes which tend to break down and make the skin mature. Any soy products contain enough helpful genistein. Vegetables colored dark green are also an excellent example of foods that contains agents that help produce collagen. Fish like tuna and salmon are sources of omega fatty acids as well as nuts like almonds, pecans and cashew. An avocado dip will also make a great snack providing a healthy way of collagen production.
