Foods that Contain the Most Collagen

Collagen is an important element for keeping our body functioning well.  Fortunately, there are foods that helps support the creation of collagen within our body.

Most women from Africa are having difficulties to have a quick growing of long black hair. Basically, the big problem is that women with African American hair type continue using wrong products. Sometimes it is because that’s how we treated our hair. Or we just do not know the proper alternatives to use.

Our hair doesn’t speak and tell us that they’re not taking good care of. We just noticed it by ourselves and learned that we need to change our hair care routine. Even buying hair care products is not easy, for some are not qualified for our African American hair type.

To have a healthy hair care we must also look at the ingredients of the products that we are using. If you think that it’s not good enough for your hair then better stop using it. There are some content of hair care products that we should avoid.

They are:

Hair greases or creams that are petroleum based

Silicones- usually found in hair conditioners and also in some shampoos containing this content.

Hair lotions or any mineral

The exact problem is growing black hair is really become very impossible if you keep yourself continue using products with the said avoidable contents. Cause it encourages your hair to grow unhealthy.

So if you have a long, healthy, strong African American type and grows quickly hair it doesn’t mean that you are not required to apply much amount of care on it. It doesn’t need to have expensive conditioner or shampoo. Just avoid applying your hair the avoidable products.
